We are in the begining stages of our addition to our building!

In 2022 we were granted a Community Development Block Grant. We were awarded $518,767.00 to build the addition.

We have been awarded additional funding from Pierce County and the Ben B. Cheney Foundation that helped us purchase most of the needed kitchen equipment.

We will have to raise additional funds due to the rising costs of everything. We anticipate needing an additional $200,000 to $300,000.

In 2021 Orting Christian Church generously donated their building to us. They saw our need for more space as we were growing quicker than anyone could imagine. With the gift we new we would need to add on a commercial kitchen and ADA compliant restrooms. In that addition we also need to house our Senior Food Pantry. Our funding campaign began immediately!
